The certification-as-advantage point is the same trap I keep hitting: a team starts with the toolkit, then treats literacy as the strategy. In the businesses I sit in, the scarce thing is still the call nobody can price — who owns the outcome when the fluent answer is wrong. When a board asks where advantage comes from once everyone has the same model, do they name a judgement they refuse to outsource, or just another course?
